What are your words planting—and what kind of harvest are they producing?
In “Don’t Get Mad at Your Harvest,” we explore Proverbs 18:21 and the connection between our hearts, our words, and the fruit they bear. Our speech can wound or heal, damage trust or build it, and bring conflict or encouragement into our homes, friendships, and church.
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.” — Proverbs 18:21 (KJV)
The tongue delivers what the heart has stored. Lasting change takes more than biting your tongue—it takes surrendering your heart to God.
This message challenges us to take responsibility for our speech, seek forgiveness where our words have hurt others, and begin planting kindness, truth, and blessing.
Holiness begins with belonging to God, and that belonging should shape how we speak every day.
Scripture focus: Proverbs 18:20–21
